Isaura Capell is a Program Specialist II with the Department of Auditor-Controller Administrative Services Division. She currently is one of two staff persons assigned to the Auditor-Controller Master Agreement (MA) unit. The MA unit procures financial compliance and management audit contractors for all County Departments. She is well versed in the contract and legislative policy.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Los Angeles, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
Isaura is also a member of the Los Angeles County Hispanic Managers Association.
Isaura is married and recently moved to the City of Pasadena. She enjoys reading, watching movies, keeping up with the news and a good chocolate cake.
