A famous traditional Lion Dance, in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume, performed during the reception, Feb. 7, 2008. Both lion dancers eat lettuce hanging from a pole William T Fujioka holds for good luck during the performance. Chinese people all over the world celebrate the Lunar New Year on February 7, 2008.
