Gail Farber, Director of Department of Public Works for Los Angeles County, makes a speech in front of audience at the Meet and Greet reception March 5, 2009. She
informed the audience that 2009 is the year of the OX and she is an OX. Ms. Farber also informed the audience that 16% of Public Works' workforce are Asian Americans, and half holds supervisory and management positions. At the end, she wish everyone has a Happy OX year!
