Bio of Karl Nobuyuki: Karl Nobuyuki gave 27 years of dedicated service to the County of Los Angeles. He spent a number of years early in his career with the Chief Administrative Office before transferring to the Fire Department and spending over twenty years there before retiring in May 2008. During his career he developed an expertise in video production and served as a web- master for the Department.
